Why Foam cups?
· Foam cups require 30% less CO2 to manufacture than plastic, paperboard cups with sleeves, which make them more Eco Friendly.
· They are not manufactured with chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) or any other ozone-depleting chemicals.
· Foam cups are completely recycled into useful things such as clipboards, hard plastic items and even insulation bricks for housing.
Myth: Paper cups bio-degrade in landfill. Truth: Bio-degradable cups will only break down if landfills are turned over, which hardly ever happens.
